Cancellation & Refund Policy

At perfectprints.in, every product is custom-made based on your design and preferences. Please review our cancellation and refund terms carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them by contacting our support team.
  • Once the order has entered production/printing stage, cancellations are not possible.
  • If cancelled within the allowed time, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

2. Refund Policy

Since our products are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds unless:

  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item/design/size compared to your order.
  • The printing is significantly different from the approved design or order details.

3. Replacement Conditions

  • To be eligible for a replacement/refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photos/videos).
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or a refund, at our discretion.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Minor variations in color, design, or print placement (as slight differences are normal in printing).
  • Incorrect details (such as spelling, image quality, or design errors) provided by the customer.
  • Delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control (weather, strikes, etc.).

5. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card/Wallet).
