1. Order Processing Time
- Since all our products are custom-printed and made to order, production usually takes 2–5 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Timeline
- Standard delivery within India takes 5–10 business days (after dispatch).
- Express/priority shipping may be available at an extra cost (if applicable).
- Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, courier service, or unforeseen delays (strikes, weather, festivals, etc.).
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
- We may offer free shipping on orders above ₹999.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
- You can use this tracking ID to check the real-time status of your shipment.
5. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts.
- If you are unavailable or the address provided is incorrect, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.
6. International Shipping

7. Damaged / Lost Packages
- If your order is damaged in transit or lost by the courier, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with proof (photos, tracking details).
